How It Works
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED
Now that you have all of your fantastic ideas, it’s time to put them into action
Before we can start the thrilling voyage of establishing your brand, the following are the things we’ll need and the important information to remember:
- BRANDING DATA – Your logos saved as vector files in .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF format.
- DESIGNS – If you don’t have technical packages, at least three high-resolution reference photographs in various angles or drawings would suffice.
- ARTWORK FILES – Vector file formats with specified dimensions are required for files intended for printing, embroidery, notions, and packaging.
- MEASUREMENTS – A sizing chart with each design’s clothing dimensions. Please be aware that bodily measurements cannot be utilized.
THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Following receipt of your inquiry, we will contact you to discuss the details of your project and offer you a link to an order form where you may submit your designs.
SUBMISSION OF DESIGN
Following receipt of your application, we will determine a custom pricing estimate for your project and email it to you.
2 – 3 WEEKS
Lacking a tech pack? No problem, we can create one for you from scratch. For the manufacturers to manufacture your clothes, the techpack will contain technical data, directions, and information.
1 – 2 WEEKS
We will ask you to provide us samples for fitting and sizing references when the pricing estimate is agreed. We’ll start the sourcing process to identify the right materials for your ideas, then we’ll deliver them to you for decision-making.
PRODUCTION OF SAMPLES
5 – 6 WEEKS
Our in-house design team will assist you in finalizing your specifics and creating tech packs for your ideas while the ongoing sourcing process. Before beginning to work on the samples, we will provide you with these tech packets for your approval. Please be aware that because everything is manufactured from scratch, it often requires two sample rounds to get everything just perfect and prepared for mass production.
BIG BATCH PRODUCTION
6 – 8 WEEKS
After receiving your approval of the samples and a down payment, we will start mass manufacturing as soon as you are satisfied.
QUALITY CHECKS & ASSURANCE
2 – 3 DAYS
Our quality control team will examine the goods after mass manufacturing is finished to ensure no problems. Before the items are sent to the packaging department, we will fix any broken components and address any problems
DELIVERY & PACKAGING
2-3 days, excluding the time for delivery
The last section is here! In this step, we’ll assist you with the shipping paperwork and make plans to have your goods delivered right to your door. Before dispatching your items, the last payment for the balance and shipping will be needed at this time.
