Heat-Pressed Vinyl
- This is similar to screen printing washing.
- Fabric softeners cause the weakening of adhesive, which can cause a flaking effect.
Fabric Softeners
Fabric softeners can assist in preventing stationary cling and making your clothes soft. Do not use fabric softeners on the following apparel;
- Screen Printed Shirts: It would break the ink, fading the print.
- Vinyl printing Shirts – it weakens the adhesive, resulting in sticker peeling.
- Polyester, Moisture-Wicking, or Fire-Radardant Materials:- it leaves a residue that deteriorates the wicking or fire-retardant process.
We provide preshrunk and pre-washed apparel with no need for any shrink-washing. It will only fade the apparel printing and fabric. Cotton/poly blends are typically less likely to shrink depending on the ratio of cotton to polyester—more polyester = less shrinkage. If you need clarification on whether your garment is preshrunk, feel free to ask us.
Do not dry clean your apparel as it would cause a pilling effect on your shirts. Pilling is significant behind apparel losing quality as it is caused by friction when your clothes are spin-washed in a stack, also during dry cleaning.
