1How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

Our order confirmation emails are automatically generated when we receive your order. If you do not get one, it could be that your email address needs to be corrected, or the order still needs to be completed. 2Shipping & Delivery

Nia Creation offers complimentary shipping to customers in Kenya and DHL international express shipping on all orders.

3Taxes & Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and displayed at checkout. Please select your correct location to ensure local market pricing for your item(s), shipping cost, and delivery times.

4Changing or Amending Orders

If you need to amend an order after receiving your confirmation email, contact customer services by email or telephone. As long as your order has yet to be packed by the warehouse or dispatched, we will do our very best to make the changes you require. If you need to cancel an order, don't hesitate to contact us by telephone.

5Returns & Exchanges

At Nia Creation, we want to make your shopping experience pleasant and seamless. We want you to shop confidently, knowing that if an item does not fit, arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, the item is easily exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery. We accept returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items. Please include all original tags with your return. Need to make a return or exchange an item? We will be happy to exchange your purchase for another size. For exchanges, please email us at info@niareation.com.

6Receiving A Refund

All sales taxes, customs duties, and VAT will be refunded if applied. Please note it may take upto 21 business days to process your refund, depending on varying processing times at our facility and between payment providers. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

7What happens if my item is faulty?

If you have experienced a manufacturing fault with one of our products, please email customer service to explain the problem and attach a photograph before sending it back to us. Alternatively, please give our customer service team a call.

8How can I pay for an order?

Nia Creation accepts M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Cards. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

9How to place a preorder

As a result of the high demand for specific items at NIA CREATION, we now offer preorders. We will provide an estimated delivery window for preordered items. All preordered items are charged immediately at checkout. We will email you a confirmation and tracking information.

10Complimentary Gift Packaging

Signature luxury packaging comes with all our orders, compliments of Nia Creation.

11What is the minimum order quantity for your apparel manufacturing services?

We provide the service of smaller minimum orders of 50 pieces per design to apparel companies and brands all over the world. So they can start their company with unique designs and market them to get more orders. This small quantity also avoids sampling hassles for brands wanting to order more, but first, they need to check the market for their designs.

12Do you have any work discount services or programs?

Nia Creation offers quantity discounts and promotional discounts that are seasonally introduced for our regular customers. By quantity discount, we mean the more overall garments you order of the same design, the less each garment will cost. If you are trying to order only 30 or 50 shirts, try increasing your quantity of shirts to 100, 200, or even 500 and see the difference in price per piece.

13Can I order a sample before ordering?

Yes, you can order a sample before ordering. Pre-production samples are produced the same way as all the garments will eventually be produced in large-scale production. We can accommodate your request during production if you would like a sample before putting it in the actual production order. Still, we will have to charge for the sample shipment and ask you to make a reasonable deposit to ensure that you are serious about ordering the same garment. We provide both prototyping and sample production services.

14Is your website apparel catalog all you have?

The website list is a partial selection of customizable apparel products. Cut and Sew Apparel has partnered with several apparel suppliers, and we have access to numerous types of products and materials. You can see our portfolio section for more ideas about our manufacturing. If you are still looking for what you want, please let us know, and we will arrange it according to your order. We manufacture high-quality, customizable products precisely according to our client's specifications.

15Do you send proofs prior to apparel production?

You will always receive proof of your order from Cut and Sew Apparel before it is put into production. We do not print, embroider, sublimate, or create anything without your express or written approval, and we will show as many pictures as you want until you are satisfied and give us the go-ahead with the production.

16Can you give me an estimate of the shipping cost?

The shipment cost would depend mostly on your ordering quantity and the product type. The prices we quote include shipment; hence, when you send us the designs for a quote, we will be able to give you an actual cost that is inclusive of everything. DHL, FedEx, and Sky couriers are our primary shipping and delivery carriers.

17How often are new prints released on the site?

We usually release 5-10 new prints every week, so check for new drops! (We announce all the new releases in our weekly newsletter. To stay up to date, feel free to sign up!)

18I just got my dress, and it feels a bit stiff. Will it soften over time?

Yes! Many of our dresses are made from African wax print fabric, which often has a waxy outer coating that makes the fabric feel stiff at first. Our dresses are all pre-washed, but after a few more wears and washes at home, your dress will feel much softer and hang more naturally.

19How Should I care for my dress?

In the washing machine! Wash on the regular cycle with cold water and hang to dry. (You can also dry clean your dress if you'd prefer; it won't damage them). As for ironing, it's a matter of personal preference, definitely optional, but it will add a crispness to the look. When it comes to shrinkage, your dress will not shrink if washed on a cool cycle and hung to dry. Our garments are pre-washed, so they should not run, but the first time you launder your dress at home, we recommend washing it in the machine on its own or with similar colors and hanging it to dry. Depending on the print/textile, color runs in the first wash can occur, though this is much more common if the garments are allowed to sit wet for an extended period.

20Are all Nia Creation Dresses Made of the same fabric?

All of our dresses are 100% cotton! We select our fabrics based on two equally important criteria: Quality of the fabric, and how much we love the print. Because we're always looking for interesting prints on long-lasting fabrics, we don't limit ourselves in terms of any one geographical origin or manufacturing tradition. The common "thread" in all our fabrics is that each selection is high-quality cotton, with dyes that will not bleed and prints that are both interesting and beautiful.
